TANZANIA TRAVEL ADVISORY NO. 5, published 5th August 2020
All travellers whose airline or country of departure requires a negative COVID-19 test result as a condition for departure must also present this test result on entry into Tanzania. Travellers from other countries who show COVID-19 symptoms will be subjected to an extended examination and if necessary a PCR test. A quarantine obligation no longer exists.

was published on 20th July 2020. The main features state that there is no quarantine for arrivals in Tanzania unless you display symptoms of coronavirus upon arrival. All travellers must carry an official COVID-19 clearance certificate issued within 72 hours of travel. Screening procedures will be conducted on arrival.

On 18th May the Ministry of Health has removed the requirement for travellers entering Tanzania to undergo 14 days quarantine.
